Fall Yoga Renewal Mini-series Special

Welcoming the new season, I’m offering 2 easy options to experience my Yoga Renewal Series as a 3 class package.

Option 1: Private Yoga Renewal Series $300

A personalized 3-session series tailored to your body, needs, and goals.

Includes:

• A short Yoga Renewal Foundations/orientation video before beginning
• Three individualized private sessions
• Detailed follow-up emails after sessions with the practices we explored, guidance for home practice, relevant readings, and suggested books/resources to deepen what they are learning
• A follow-up integration practice after the series — either a live online Yoga Renewal class or access to a recorded practice

Option 2: Small-Group Yoga Renewal Series $90

An intimate 3-session series for 2–4 students, offering the Yoga Renewal experience in a supportive small-group setting.

Includes:

• A short Yoga Renewal Foundations/orientation video before beginning
• Three 3-session small-group classes — $30 per session / $90 for the complete series
• Detailed follow-up emails with the practices explored in class, guidance for home practice, relevant readings, and suggested books/resources to support and deepen their learning
• A follow-up integration practice after the series — either a live online Yoga Renewal class or access to a recorded practice
• 2-person minimum for the series to run; maximum of 4

Both pathways introduce the Yoga Renewal approach through somatic and therapeutic yoga, breath, meditation, developmental movement, fascia-focused movement, and nervous-system regulation — with support for bringing what is learned in class into everyday life.
