As we approach the end of the year, I’m making some meaningful changes to better serve my yoga community. Here’s what you can look forward to in the coming weeks and months.
New Restorative Yoga Class at Studio Satya
I’m thrilled to announce a new Restorative Yoga Class beginning on Tuesday, December 2nd. This weekly class will be held from 6:00-7:15pm, providing the perfect midweek opportunity to reset and rejuvenate.

Shifting Focus to Personalized Yoga Therapy
Moving forward, I’m evolving my service model to focus exclusively on private yoga therapy sessions, available both in-person and online. This shift allows us to provide more individualized attention to address your specific wellness goals and needs.
What this means:
- No more regular group classes at our personal studio
- Specialized workshops will still be offered periodically
- Enhanced one-on-one therapeutic experiences

Expanding My Presence at Studio Satya
In addition to the new Restorative Yoga class, I’m excited to announce two specialized offerings at Studio Satya:
Postnatal Yoga with Baby
Starting December 20th, this Saturday morning class invites new parents to bring their little ones for a nurturing practice designed specifically for the postpartum journey. Connect with your baby and your body in this supportive environment.
Prenatal Yoga
Beginning in January, this Wednesday evening prenatal class will provide expectant mothers with gentle, effective practices to support their changing bodies throughout pregnancy.
