Massage Therapy

I am offering Massage Therapy services at Castle Hill Fitness at 12th and Lamar, near downtown Austin. This includes Ashiatsu, and Prenatal and Postnatal Massage Therapy.
Watsu ®
On Saturdays, I am offering WATSU® services at Sol Healing and Wellness Center in north Austin.
Yoga
Private Yoga, by Appointment
On Fridays, I see private yoga students at Sol Healing and Wellness, and I am available by appointment for private yoga sessions at Castle Hill Fitness as well, during the week and on Sundays.
Classes at Castle Hill
The next classes I am substitute teaching at Castle Hill are as follows:
Saturday, April 23rd @ 12:00pm
I am offering a class by donation to benefit Austin Speech Labs, at 12:00pm at Castle Hill Fitness.
This class will focus on meditation and restorative practice.
Tuesday, May 31st
- Hatha Yoga @ 9:30am – 10:30am
- Yoga Hiit flows @ 12:00pm
I am really looking forward to using some Yoga Hiit flows that I enjoy – it will be fun!
AirBnB
I am also re-opening an AirBnB location in May!
This location is sacred to my heart, and I create a healing, peaceful environment there. From here in Central East Austin, I am available for virtual yoga by appointment, as well as in person.
This location features an open horizon, simple setting, outdoor claw foot bathtub and deck (for mermaid yoga at “mermaid landing”🧜♀️) and a flowing breeze.
It is a refreshing space where I enjoy personal restoration and I enjoy sharing the refreshment with others.
