We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the new Yoga Renewal Series, starting the week of February 3rd! This comprehensive program is designed to revitalize your yoga practice and bring a renewed sense of vitality to your life.
🧘♀️ Yoga Renewal Series Highlights:
- 3-Course Structure:
- Each course consists of 4 classes (1 class per week for 1 month)
- Total of 12 classes over 3 months
- Price: $300 per course
- Class Schedule:
- Thursdays at 6:00 PM or Saturdays at 10:30 AM
- 75-minute sessions
- Held at Soma Yoga Shala (inside Nina’s Day Spa & Acupuncture, 7423 Burnet Rd)
- Course Breakdown:
- Course #1: Intro to Yoga Fundamentals
- Course #2: Yoga in Practice – Breath, Support & Balance
- Course #3: Towards Renewal & Thriving
*Weekly classes will be Thursdays @ 6:00 PM or Saturdays @ 10:30 AM.
*Make up days will be available or you can attend the alternate day during the week (just let Summer know)
