Announcing the Texas Yoga Retreat

October 18-20

Exciting news for this fall! Summer’s teacher Amrita Choudhury will be presenting at the Texas Yoga Retreat.

Amrita teaches her powerful, potent practices with gentleness, joy, compassion, discipline, and grace. It’s truly a joyful union of body, mind, and spirit.

From the event website:

Amrita Choudhury brings more than 35 years of international experience in teaching and performance. Born in India, she travels globally offering workshops and performances. Amrita was educated in Santiniketan (Abode of Peace) India, where the yogic arts was an integral part of education & everyday life.

Amrita is the founder of NRITYOGA® – Yoga of Dance

Summer’s experience with NRITYOGA

Nrityoga practice (Amrita’s practice) is the most beautiful and powerful form of yoga I have ever experienced.

It is transformative from the deepest, innermost aspects of our being, and yet it is gentle and loving. Amrita brings us the most authentic, profound, pure connection to the ancient healing arts of yoga and sacred dance.

I cannot accurately explain in words how much I appreciate this practice and how enthusiastically I want everyone to join me during this time with Amrita.
